Rental information

Thank you for considering a stay at our home in Sablet, France.  We recognize that you have many options from which to choose and we are very pleased that you are interested in our home. Please ask about discounts for multi-week rentals and note that rates are subject to change without notice until your rental is confirmed. Please inquire about discounts for returning guests.

reservations

Upon confirmation of availability, you will be forwarded a contract and payment instructions. A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required within 7 days of booking the reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to the check-in date. Reservations booked within 90 days of the check-in date must be paid in full upon booking.

Payment Options

In general, we accept certified checks or money orders in US dollars for the rental. You may also wire funds to our bank account. We accept Visa and MasterCard. The security deposit must be charged to a credit card.

check-in

Our rental weeks begin on Saturday with a typical “check-in” time of between 3 – 5 pm., although other days and times can be arranged. A check-in time for you will be scheduled as soon as you let us know your travel plans. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

After we receive full payment of the rental fee plus the security deposit, we will send you complete information about where to get the keys and directions for reaching our home as well as procedures for checking out.
